Salad and Go is Hiring a Refrigeration technician Near Dallas, TX
Salad and Go is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician for our Food Production Facility.
Compensation range : $30-$36 / hr depending on experience
We are excited to announce an upcoming relocation of our facility from Oak Cliff to Garland, TX. As part of this transition, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in various positions.
This relocation presents an exciting opportunity to work in a new state of the art facility.
Interviews will be conducted at our Oak Cliff facility. However, please note that operations will be moved to Garland, TX between April and June.
You will have the opportunity to relocate with us if desired or continue working at the Oak Cliff location until the transition is complete.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, including but not limited to production, plumbing and refrigeration systems.
- Preventive maintenance and utilizing CMMS system to track work orders and spare parts
- Continuous improvement and identifying root cause of failures
- Installation of new automated equipment and aiding in developing new PM program
Requirements :
- Mechanical experience with food production equipment or appliances required
- Electrical experience is a plus
- Able to work in cold and wet environment (38-40 degrees) for multiple hours
- Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse
- Able to lift, bend and twist as well as standing on your feet throughout every shift
