Our Warehouse Pickers are responsible for:

• Picking raw ingredients for the production team.
• Inspecting ingredients for quality.
• Assisting in inventory process through a WMS system.
• Ensuring food waste is minimized and follow food safety guidelines (storing food properly, FIFO) inspecting bags for leaks prior to being packed into boxes.
• Utilization of modern boxing machines to package bags of product into boxes.
• Ensure packaging lines have supplies readily available to minimize downtime.
• Scheduling 5 days a week with Saturday always being a day off (no guarantee that days off will be consecutive).
• Must adhere to company safety standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to work at a fast pace throughout shift
• Able to work in cold and wet environment (38-40 degrees) for multiple hours
• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse. 
• Able to lift, bend and twist as well as standing on your feet throughout every shift
