Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Clear tables and clean dining area to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Processing payments using toast POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable transportation

Note: All front of the house employees are paid $5 an hour, PLUS tips from guest.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5.00 per hour

Shift:

• Morning shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
