Job Description
As a Front Desk, your role will be helping to support the success of the hotel. You will be a pillar of the staff that others will look towards for leadership and as an example. There are many different tasks needed for this position. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Physically tour and visually inspect the property on a daily basis. Monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness, and quality of products and services throughout the hotel. Greet and maintain rapport with associates and customers.
• Taking reservations
• Checking Guests in and out of the hotel
• Responding to guest issues
• Training and onboarding new staff as necessary
• Assisting with sales and rate management
• Scheduling
• Covering the Front Desk
• Keeping track of inventories
• Coaching other managers and staff members as necessary
• Attending monthly meetings and weekly revenue calls regarding the success of our property
• Other tasks assigned based on the needs of the hotel
We are a growing company and are constantly looking for individuals that desire to improve themselves. Due to the importance of this position, we need individuals with prior hotel experience.
Compensation is competitive and based on prior experience.
All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
