Independent Sales Associate - Storm Damage Specialist

We are looking for an outgoing and target-driven Independent Sales Associate to present our services to customers and persuade them to allow our team to represent them in weather related insurance claims. The Independent Sales Associate's responsibilities include building and sustaining strong working relationships with our clients to generate referrals, promptly submitting paperwork to our office for processing, continually meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals, ability to fly a drone to inspect for storm related damages to property, and most importantly must have the ability to close a potential client turning them into a customer.

To be successful as an Independent Sales Associate, you should be persuasive and willing to travel to storm affected areas in Illinois & Iowa. Ultimately, a top-performing Independent Sales Associate should be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills at all times, along with a deep desire to help others.

Independent Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Generating leads and scheduling face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers through referrals, leads, and door knocking in neighborhoods that have been affected by storm damage.
• Traveling to potential and existing customers’ homes or places of business to present company services and convince potential clients to allow our company to represent them in weather related insurance claims.
• Filling out necessary paperwork and obtaining customers’ signatures to finalize each project.
• Investigating and resolving customer questions or concerns in a timely manner.
• Providing exceptional after-sales service to customers by contacting them to inquire into whether they are satisfied with company services to obtain referrals from them.
• Possess the ability to fly a drone to conduct property inspections or have the ability to learn how. Experience in this industry is not required but is a plus. We have a proven training program that will give you the skills needed to be successful. The Independent Sales Associate will not be required to use a ladder or get on roofs – All roof inspections are done with a drone that will provide pictures and a report to show the client of any storm related damages to the roof coverings.

· Independent Sales Associate can expect to earn top industry pay along with a commission on every project. Company truck will be provided including a drone, IPAD, and all the required tools, paperwork, and company brochures to covert possible customers to clients.

Independent Sales Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven sales experience with the ability to close.
• Valid driver's license.
• The ability to work independently.
• The ability to travel between customers.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
