Sal and Tony's Italian is Hiring a Restaurant Server Near Buffalo, IL

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with customers throughout their dining experience
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments using the POS system
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest relations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
