Technical Business Systems Analyst III ServiceNow

Location: Reston, VA - Hybrid (1/day week)

Top Skills:

• Hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow Modules: ITSM and GRC. Discovery Module is a big plus as that is in their future roadmap plans.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with clear and concise communication verbal and written. Will be negotiating, setting expectations with customers.
• Strong experience designing, testing, and supporting RESTful web services, Linux and scripting environments, integrations, database, and server development.
• Ability to prioritize backlog with minimal supervision.

• ndependent candidate who can advise team on best practices
• Techno-functional analyst. They will be working hand-in-hand with developers so need to understand tech. They will not have an actual environment to develop and script.
• Basically, will be doing everything other than pure development.
• This is a fast-paced environment. Candidates coming from slow (fed) environments will not work. Need to thrive in chaos.
• Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize w/out getting overwhelmed. Have tough discussions where things don t align and then find solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of hands-on experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, Change-Incident-Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Release Management, GRC, or Vendor Risk Management.
• Experience in working on RESTful web services, Linux and scripting platforms and technical audit platforms is preferred
• Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM) domain for both on-premise and SaaS software platform, USU, SNOW License Manager or HP Asset Manager
