Who We Are
Saks Fifth Avenue is opening a Deer Valley Winter Shop. This Saks Fifth Avenue lifestyle shop will be embedded in the St. Regis Deer Valley Resort.

What This Position is All About
The seasonal Fashion Consultant is responsible for driving retail sales by providing outstanding service to the clients of the Saks Fifth Avenue Deer Valley Winter Shop. The Consultant will have a strong working knowledge of the shop, the designers it carries as well as the many services offered and they use this knowledge to provide customers with personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience. The Consultant will demonstrate consistent adherence to company standards and procedures. This will be a seasonal position with a duration of up to 6 months.

Who You Are:

• Available for up to 6 months to drive sales for the Deer Valley - Fifth Avenue Club suite.

• You gain trust quickly, are direct and diplomatic, have a good sense of timing, are a good listener and can get cooperation with little disruption.

• An out of the box thinker who generates a variety of approaches to problem solving, including new and novel ideas and ways to drive your business with an entrepreneurial approach.

• You act with customers in mind, and have great networking and relationship skills.

• You put needs of internal and external customers first, and seek customer information when improving products and services.

• You have ties to your community and have built relationships in your local market both personally and professionally.

You Also Have:

• Minimum of 3 years of luxury retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment

• A passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.

• Experience working with sales quotas and comfort with meeting sales targets in a commission based selling environment.

• An established network and/or client base on multiple Social Media platforms, and the ability to drive business digitally through content creation.

As The Fifth Avenue Club Consultant You Will:

• Create a Welcoming Environment: Immediately welcomes customers as they enter the area and proactively offers assistance. Provides a dynamic service presence to each location. Skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a customer's needs in order to effectively provide them guidance or directions. Knowledgeable of store layout, current merchandise assortment and able to direct Customers to the appropriate area

• Elevate the Shopping Experience: Able to quickly assess customer needs in terms of: special occasion, vendors/product of interest, special language needs, how much time customer has, etc. Has a strong network of Style Advisors throughout the store and leverages these relationships to pair the right Style Advisor to a new customer based on the customer's needs. Thoroughly knowledgeable on all in-store services and proactively offers the appropriate service to a customer to further personalize and enhance their shopping experience

• Problem Solving: Demonstrates a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Able to understand a customer's concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by creating and developing excellent client relationships.

• Initiate and utilize client events in order to recruit new clients, increase sales, and develop existing clients.

• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue online clientele resource tools to record and maintain client information and preferences to drive your business.

• Maintain a consistent digital presence to attract new clientele and drive their business both traditionally and through social media selling.
