About the role: The Operations Analyst will report directly to the VP, Procurement R&D and will work cross-functionally with the Fresh Meals Operations team along with other key stakeholders across the Sakara team on projects that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and improvement to client experience. They will be responsible for the successful execution of all assigned initiatives, including project planning, execution, communication to all key stakeholders, and tracking and reporting results. Projects may include: updating and overhauling current operations tools, supporting change management to new enterprise systems, cost saving analysis, and certification initiatives. This role will also support the operations team with maintenance and reporting on various data sets and tools.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the project lead for procurement and operations focused projects
  • Administer project resourcing, budgets, and timelines with key stakeholders and project leads
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to provide project updates and risk analysis
  • Build relationships with partners and vendors where applicable
  • Assign and monitor project tasks, communicate with project leads to identify and resolve project issues
  • Develop and implement project change management plans
  • Provide data insights and prepare overall project reports and presentations
  • Conduct feasibility and cost analysis for operations related projects
  • Ad hoc analysis as directed by the VP
  • Own detailed weekly reporting for project and overall workstreams status 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a procurement, operations and/or analyst role
  • ERP experience required
  • Experience in implementing enterprise software solutions and managing complex projects
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines while staying focused and organized
  • Advanced level of experience in creating and manipulating Excel/Powerpoint/Google Sheets 
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and be highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Must be a team player, motivated by challenge, and an excellent communicator

This full-time role will work primarily out of our production facility in LIC Queens with some work at our NYC Headquarters in Soho. We currently operate under a hybrid model where you will be required to work in person 3 days of the week. 
The compensation salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000 annually.
