Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your main duties will include taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and handling cash transactions. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Present menus to customers and answer any questions regarding menu items - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Process cash and credit card payments accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional guest service Qualifications: - Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of food preparation and presentation is a plus - Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage We offer competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
