Responsibilities

Kitchen Supervisor, Full-TimeSaints Joachim and Anne Nursing and Rehab, a 180-bed skilled nursing center, has an opportunity for a Kitchen Supervisor. Responsibilities include assisting in managing the operation of the Dietary Department to include staffing, food ordering and preparation, food delivery and clean-up in accordance with community policies, physician orders, customer care plans and appropriate regulations.

Pay is $28.64

Qualifications

• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is a must
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Management experience is required
• Serve Safe Certification is strongly preferred
• Outstanding skills as a chef
• Hold or be capable of acquiring certificates required by the state
• Able to communicate verbally in a positive and professional manner
