Switchboard Operator Overnight

The Switchboard Operator Overnight will:

• Assist callers with patient information regarding visiting hours, room and telephone extensions.
• Monitor operation of telephones and page equipment and ensuring equipment is repaired in a timely manner.
• Report safety and security violations and enforce all emergency procedures during fire and disaster conditions.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred.

Schedule: per diem, Overnight: 11p-7a every other Friday, Saturday and every other holiday
