The Nurse Residency Program will:

Highlights:
As new graduates you will work on your unit with a preceptor 3 (12) hour shifts per week for (6-8 weeks on a Med Surg unit and 10-12 weeks on a specialty unit). You will be slotted into a FT or PT opportunity at point of hire!
While demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills, the Registered Nurse skillfully administers total patient care based on individualized needs of assigned patients and families.
You will:
- Assess the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care based on patient assessment and Multidisciplinary Plan of Care
- Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
- Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy
- Document all aspects of patient care
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or graduate with a BSN within 3 years of hire
- BLS for Healthcare Providers from American Heart Association
- Full Time

- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
- BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date
- BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
- ECG certification obtained during clinical orientation
