What you’ll be doing every day:
You will ensure residents receive the best quality of care by appropriately scheduling the nursing to cover shifts 24 hours per day – 7 days per week and will communicate open shifts and shift changes in a timely manner with the Nursing and Human Resources Departments. In addition, you will monitor and maintain adequate supplies according to budget.:

You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and the team. In addition, you will have:

• A strong desire and passion to work around people that are unwell, disabled, or living with dementia
• Flexibility and willingness to modify duties as needed
• Understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
• Intermediate knowledge of MSOffice Suite
• Previous experience scheduling in a healthcare environment preferred
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or college coursework desirable:
