What you’ll be doing every day as an RN House Supervisor:

The RN House Supervisor will supervise the delivery of nursing care provided by our nursing staff. You will coordinate and delegate care to foster a culture of placing our residents and guests first in the daily decisions involving their care and life in the community.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Educating and training nursing staff
  • Attending care conferences for long term care residents
  • Ensuring skilled charting is completed thoroughly and daily
  • Performing medical transportation of physician's orders
  • Ordering labs, x-rays, and medications as needed
  • Assisting with new guest admissions
  • Responding to family and resident concerns

Who we are looking for:

As an RN House Supervisor you will be able to supervise and delegate nursing staff, demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. Of course, you will also be a graduate of an accredited college of Nursing and be a Licensed RN in the State of Colorado with a current BLS certification. At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred. On-call, off hour, and weekend coverage.

Pay Range: $35.00-$42.00/hr*:
  • Pay may be higher depending on level of experience
