Lead Preschool Teacher Job Summary:The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for providing a whole child formation education to the students in the 2-day and 3-day preschool programs. This teacher will partner with a classroom aide in supporting the growth of our students. This teacher will also collaborate with other members of the staff in carrying out the mission of our community. Lead Preschool Teacher Duties and Responsibilities:Carry out designed age appropriate instructional programs that align with our missionImplement behavior management techniques as designed/directed by the teacherSupervise students and maintain safety in the classroom and in all areas of the schoolSupport student(s) in completing task(s) directed during the dayAssist with self-care as appropriate to the child/children's developmental level, including toileting skillsDevelop materials for daily lesson plansObserve and record student's academic/social behavior and progress on a given taskAttend & participate in all monthly Faculty & Grade Level MeetingsPerforms all other duties as assigned by the Principal
