Job Description​

In this role you will:

• Provide hands-on outcomes research support for all phases of research for the Outcomes Research section at Saint Luke’s Mid-America Heart Institute MAHI.

• Lead and or participate in study design, protocol and analysis plan development, oversee data management, and dissemination of results in the form of reports, abstracts, presentations, and publications.

• Review and provide input into research protocols from an outcomes research perspective.

• Provide leadership and direct research support on evidence-based implementation science, quality improvement and shared decision making projects.

• Maintain current knowledge of methodologies in implementation and outcomes practice and policy.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree and 2 years of experience required; Doctorate preferred (e.g. PhD, MD, PharmD, DNP).
