This position will provide supervisory coverage to the Zoo’s Welcome Desk, Guest Relations booth, and special events. In addition to assisting our Zoo visitors with memberships, Adventure Pass purchases, and other Guest Relations Host responsibilities. Interested candidates must be able to professionally handle a variety of visitor situations, supervise staff, and enforce all Zoo and Guest Relations policies and procedures. All interested candidates must be able to work entire shifts (open to close) with availability that includes weekends, holidays, evening hours, and weekdays. Prior customer service and sales experience is preferred. Familiarity with computers is required. High school diploma or equivalent required. All successful candidates for this position must submit to a criminal background check and drug test.
