We are looking for overnight staff to watch over the children ages infant to 12 years, who come to stay with us short term. Our Overnight Child Specialists are highly trained by Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, as well as Art and Play Therapists.

This is a full time awake night positon and we are looking for two professionals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of families struggling with life's toughest challenges: two options are avaible, first choice to early bird!

A. Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7 a.m. awake overnight

OR

B. Monday - Friday 11pm - 7 a.m. awake overnight

Our base rate is $16, minimum, for a HS/GED educated person who is at least 21. We offer a premium for higher education and greater years of child care experience, AND all hours worked on Friday or Sunday qualify for another $1 per hour differential pay!!

We pay $5,500 annually so that our health insurance with Aetna is affordable for our Full Time staff! We also pay 100% of the premium for a $30,000 life insurance plan!

We offer 25 days of PTO for the first 12 months of employment, and it jumps to 27 after that! We also offer floating holidays!
