Saint John's Resort is currently seeking a Guest Services Associate for our Concierge Desk.

Responsibilities: Staffing at the Concierge Desk while providing EXCEPTIONAL guest service to all guests while supporting our Social Sales Team.

Qualifications: An outgoing and friendly personality and demeanor. Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office programs. Prior hotel front desk or sales administrative experience preferred, but not required. Individual needs to be extremely organized and willing to take on new responsibilities. We are looking for creative, energetic and motivated associates who possess a strong desire for providing great guest service.

You must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays. (You must submit a resume or stop by the hotel to complete an application. NO PHONE CALLS!)
