Status: Full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year

Contract: 10 month/190 days

Hours: 7:15am - 3:30pm

Position Summary

We are currently seeking two full-time elementary teachers that are committed to meeting the learning needs of each student and equipped to provide a nurturing learning environment that fosters respect and the love of Christ.

Qualifications

The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education.

Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Proficiency with technology used for teaching and learning.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the Catholic faith is appreciated.

Experience with diverse populations is recommended.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans that promote an engaging, positive, and interactive learning environment.
• Prepare, administer, and evaluate classroom assessments.
• Collaborate and communicate with other teachers regarding student success.
• Review and respond to collected data regarding areas of student strength and areas of improvement.
• Attend faculty meetings, professional development seminars, and other meetings as assigned.
• Implement and follow school policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties such as but not limited to; grading, discipline, supervision, etc.
