Server for 10 course progressive tasting menu restaurant. Diners begin at the bar for apertif cocktails and recieve their first four small courses at the bar then progress into intimate, but casual dining room for their main courses
The ideal candidate would be hospitality driven and enthusiastic about food and wine and look forward to engaging with guest as they continue their tasting menu into the dining room 
A knowledge on food and wine is great. Passion, enthusiasm, creative, curious are must.
Looking for part time but with ability to pick up shifts as we do have people taking vacations throughout the summer.
