Saint Alphonsus is looking to hire a Certified Surgical Tech to work 4-10s on the day shift for the Main OR in Ontario, OR.
You will work Mon-Thurs 6:45am-5:15pm (on call one day per week and one weekend per month) and will be benefit-eligible.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, as a CST you'll provide set-up and preparation of surgical procedures for physicians and surgical staff as well as provide support and communicates directly with surgical teams and supervisory staff.

General Requirements:

  • One year of scrub experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.

License/Certification:

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the NBSTSA or as a Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) by the NCCT
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required.
  • Or has an active LPN in lieu of CST/TS-C certifications. LPN with scrub experience strongly preferred.
