Position Overview: We seek a customer-oriented individual to join our benefits team as a Part-Time Client Service Representative. In this role, you will work closely with our advisors and fellow team members to provide high-quality service to our clients, assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs efficiently.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their employee benefits packages.
• Assist clients with enrollment processes, eligibility questions, and plan changes.
• Follow systems and maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Navigate and work proficiently with computer programs and websites.
• Undertake special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer or client-facing role is required.
• Past experience with employee benefits, health insurance, or human resources is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong computer competency and the ability to learn industry programs and navigate websites.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and teammates.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
