Description

SAIC is seeking a Training Support Analyst to aid with cyber operations and intelligence courses in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Our team is looking for a Training Support Analyst to organize curriculum, maintain schoolhouse documentation, and researching doctrine for defensive cyber operations (DCO) and intelligence courses. **This position will allow for two days of remote work per week.

JOB DUTIES:

• Support instructors by ensuring the organization, communication, and delivery of course content and materials meet learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) on complex technical and analytical content, ensuring curriculum is uniformly presented.
• Maintain supporting documentation for curriculum to include but not limited to editing, implementing changes, and version control.
• Assist with researching doctrine and guiding documentation, identifying, and writing material primarily non-technical in nature.
• Work with course managers and instructors on crafting learning objectives and training tasks.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidates will have experience with two or more of the following skills:

• Editing writing and visual aids
• Researching
• Communicating technical and analytical details to a broad audience
• Continuous process improvement
• Creating objectives
• Creating reports from data sets
• Implementing style guides/document uniformity

Experience with any of the following below is a plus. Including at home labs/hobbyist:

• Windows PowerShell
• Linux CLI
• Bash and/or PowerShell scripting
• Computer networking
• System administration

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance (US Citizenship required).
