As a Staffing Specialist, you will assist with staffing-related activities for current and future work. You will work with the Strategic Program Execution Director and assist with initiatives to improve staffing efficiencies and support staffing efforts associated with successful program execution. The position is based out of our Chantilly, VA office. A potential opportunity to work remotely one (1) day per week exists after appropriate training and demonstrated dedication and commitment. Responsibilities include: * Tracking candidate activity for potential new hires, employee referrals, and employees in redeployment * Maintaining documentation in the MS Teams-based staffing portal * Reviewing resumes and translating information into program specific resume templates * Capturing and tracking staffing updates and action items in staffing-related meetings Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university * One (1) or more year of relevant experience as a Staffing Associate, Staffing Specialist, Resource Manager, or similar * Demonstrated experience in the following: * Organizational experience with tangible results * Working in an extremely dynamic, fast-paced environment * Proficiency in MS Teams, MS Word and Excel * Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired: * Active TS/SCI security clearance * Experience staffing federal contracts * Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
