Come join our growing team today! What you will do * Provides project management/administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, task(s) or business unit
* Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
* Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
* Prepares budgets, financial forecasts and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
* Prepares program and WBS plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
* Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
* Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government
* Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines
* May represent the company at project planning meetings
* May assist in providing interface and coordination with other contractors and other related programs to organize and review work progress
* Additional duties as assigned or required What we are looking for * 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
* Demonstrated experience in setting up and maintaining cost control systems for government contracts
* Experience monitoring and controlling project costs and schedules, ensuring adherence to negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines
* Proven ability to perform cost and schedule variance analysis, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
* Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance, with the continued ability to obtain a TS/SCI
