Description SAIC is seeking an experienced Military Operations Liaison to provide program support of the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability program between Pacific Air Force (PACAF) and United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J7. This position will sit in Pearl City, Hawaii. Job Responsibilities: * Assist in development of Strategic Operations, Activities and Investments in support of the Geographic Combatant Command Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Campaign (PMTEC) Plan. * Support the development of operational concepts, requirements, and architectural designs that support PMTEC. * Ability to work across other Services components * Flexible personality and approach to work: self-motivated and willing to multi-task. * Assist in the development of products that articulate Service contributions to the PMTEC program. * Contributes to the development of new concepts and investments to further link ranges and training areas across the Indo-Pacific. * Develop briefings and assessments to a variety of audiences, and convey information in a clear and articulate manner to Government leadership. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience. Required Qualifications: * Experience in military (USA preferred) operations and training activities. * Knowledge of military planning and requirements generation processes. * Experience with in the Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments. * Experience with exercise planning * Strong leadership and interpersonal communications skills * Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and work independently Clearance: Candidate must have an active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
