• Work with prospective countries and the country Security Cooperation Organization (SCO) get the Army Fixed Wing FMS name out in the community and help define needs and requirements.
• Candidate will prepare and review letters, memorandums, notes, briefing slides, and other office correspondence to comply with AR 25-50, he/she will assist in planning, organizing, scheduling, and negotiating issues to ensure critical actions are properly executed within set timelines.

• Help determine each country's unique requirements for equipment, software, system interfaces, technical assistance, contractor training, and documentation based on knowledge of system configuration and technical characteristics.
• Help represent the FMS team at international program presentations and program management reviews to foreign government representatives in CONUS and OCONUS.
• Establish and conduct continual programs review and analysis to identify problems, necessary resource adjustments, and / or program schedule revision.
• Develop and coordinate long-range plans for the conduct of the international logistics programs and ensures visibility within the project organizational elements.

• Candidate should be Proficient in the usage of Global Protect, VMware, Cisco WebEx, and MS Teams, MS Office and SharePoint products.
• Candidate will help write Statements of Work (SOWs), build PowerPoint presentations, assist in Technical Evaluations, development of Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Price and Availability (P&A) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates; he/she will assist in preparation of LOA datasets.
• Provide FMS case analysis and support to the Fixed-Wing Project Office (FWPO) Aircraft PM’s, DPM’s and APM’s, assist in the development, monitoring, coordination and integrating the program requirements for FMS cases.
• Provide assistance where required to junior and senior level logistics management specialists in development and preparation of cases in accordance with Letters of Request (LOR) received from countries, to include evaluations of and responses to country questions.

• Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS in performance of FMS work

• Desired Training:
• Completion of Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management (DISAM) on-line coursework The Defense Acquisition University course PMT 203, International Security and Technology Transfer or ACQ 130 Fundamentals of Technology Security/Transfer (FTS/T)
