Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: A Customer mission center is seeking strong programmatic support and assistance tracking requirements to ensure continuity of operations to meet mission strategies.The candidate will support senior mission center Customers in strategic and tactical endeavors to enhance technical solutions in support of key requirements.S/he will facilitate communication and provide support to CONUS and OCONUS technical officers to help them effectively support the mission. The candidate must be a self-starter who can effectively facilitate activities and coordinate with multiple Customer elements, including senior officials, and external partners.Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
·Manage daily business operations, including drafting and coordinating briefings, facilitating meetings, documenting and tracking mission center requirements, responding to actions and cables, and disseminating meeting minutes from the team’s weekly staff meeting.
·Monitor projects within the mission center, coordinate associated activities across the team, and provide updates on project status.
·Prepare briefing slides and other project documentation.
·Lead the mission center front office monthly highlights process and provide ad hoc support to the front office as needed, to include helping to manage the center’s website.
