Title: SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM)

Contract: W2 AND C2C

Location: Omaha, NE Remote (Monthly 1 or 2 times must be onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP Plant Maintenance solutions.
• Configure SAP PM/EAM modules according to business needs, including equipment and functional location structures, maintenance plans, task lists, and scheduling.
• Implement and maintain integration between SAP PM/EAM and other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM).
• Develop and execute test plans for SAP PM/EAM configurations, ensuring system functionality meets business requirements and performance expectations.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP PM/EAM functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PM/EAM functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance processes.
• Stay informed about SAP PM/EAM best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and maximize the value of SAP investments.
• Participate in the planning and execution of SAP PM/EAM system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of [12 ] years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM) configuration and support, with a strong understanding of maintenance processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring SAP PM/EAM modules, including equipment hierarchies, maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and interfaces, particularly with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and QM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP PM/EAM issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
• SAP certification in Plant Maintenance (EAM) is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to asset management and maintenance.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and analytics.
• Familiarity with mobile solutions for SAP PM/EAM, such as SAP Work Manager or SAP Asset Manager.
