Responsibilities:
Property Management experience is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Attend phone calls from tenants regarding maintenance related issues.
* Create and Assign work orders to vendors for repairs.
*Get estimate of the work orders from vendors and gain approval from the related party.
*Follow up on work orders with vendors and tenants to get its status and change its status in the system from open to pending to close as it progresses through.
*Assign/Follow up/Close HOA violations.
*Create 3 day/7days/15 days notices for unpaid rent tenants and post notices.
*Assist the lawyer through the eviction process and follow through until completion.
*Assist the lawyer through the eviction process and follow through until completion.
*Do move out inspections.
*Get the properties rent ready with the vendors.
* General office duties (filing; faxing; scanning; copying; e-mail correspondence)
*Experience with using Appfolio software is a big plus.
Skills:
* Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
* Good computer skills (Internet; Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel)
*Results-driven and patient
*High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
* The ability to work at a fast pace, as well as learn at a fast pace
* An easy going, friendly personality that can handle all types of personalities

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
