Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to help our clients achieve their nutrition and health goals. You will work with adolescent patients of different health levels creating nutritional programs based on their specific medical needs. To reinforce your proposed nutrition plan, you will educate the patients on how to follow the nutrition guidelines closely, follow-up on patients' nutritional progress, and make adjustments to the nutrition plan when necessary.
