and what’s not’ in your specialist areas in order to ensure we are offering our clients
genuinely cutting-edge advice.
Collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences and desires and curate
bespoke itineraries that showcase the best of global destinations.
Coordinating travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and activities;
Staying informed about travel trends, local cultures, and unique experiences.
Ability to work closely with our marketing and product teams to share ideas that will
keep our brand and product range fresh.
High level of professionalism when working with suppliers and pricing trips to ensure
that we are as competitive as possible from a ‘value’ perspective.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills throughout the booking to offer the
best customer service before, during and after the trip.
Enthusiastic phone manner to excite clients about potential or future trips.
Document Perfection: Create and maintain up-to-date client travel documents and
invoices, providing a seamless and organized experience.
Travel to meet suppliers, learn the destination and tour experience.
Escort familiarization trips for travel advisors and Sagres Vacations Groups as necessary.
Responsible for ensuring and delivering a superb experience by continuously modifying,
changing or/and adding to the original itinerary. Ability to make quick decisions while
keeping costs in check.
Act as Sagres Vacations Brand Ambassador when meeting with International Vendors,
Partners and driving new tour initiatives.
Provide customer service support to internal/external customers and business partners.
Research and troubleshoot customer service cases to provide resolution options.
Make empowered decisions on the client’s behalf to ensure a superior experience, from
the initial booking of the trip to their arrival back home. Keeping in mind that situations
can and will arise but having prompt and quick solutions are of the essence.
Work under little to no supervision, while making key decisions in the company’s best
interest.
