SageSpring Wealth Partners is seeking an experienced client services professional to support our financial advisors and assist with efficient, quality client service. You must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and community oriented. The Client Services Supervisor is a highly focused, energetic individual that enjoys an active role handling skilled planning, prioritizing, and coordinating for the Advisors to ensure calendar and To-Do lists best support team objectives. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities.
Key Functions of the Client Services Supervisor
  • Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients while maintaining a professional image.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, while managing and frequently representing the Advisors across all communication platforms.
  • Create and maintain records, files, reports, and databases utilizing the Client Relationship Management platform.
  • Provide lead support for the Client Services Team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive advisor.
  • Generate weekly reports; prepare cards and other mailings for signing and distribution.
  • Complete cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree or 2 years of administrative experience in lieu of degree required.
  • Must have 3 years of prior client services experience within finance/wealth management industry.
  • Tech savvy individual with solid mastery of MS Office Suite for general communications, reporting, video conferencing and presentations.
  • Skilled at being in sync with the advisors and “playing chess” to manage priorities and scheduling, plus anticipate upcoming needs before they arise.
