Sagency, a leadership coaching and executive search firm based in Fargo, ND is seeking a Leadership Development Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in the operational execution of the Leadership and Talent Development programs. This individual will partner with the Director of Leadership and Talent Development and will be responsible for the research, development, coordination, and execution of various program components, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning journey for clients.
This role will be rewarding for someone who is driven to learn, optimize efficiencies, and strive for excellence. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, a self-starter, and enjoy actively contributing to effectively advancing client programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS
Communication and Liaison
  • Provide timely, thorough, and professional communication when representing Sagency to all stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries
  • Ensure all parties are informed of schedules, updates, and any changes to the program
Project Management
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities & participant progress and provide progress tracking updates to the program director
  • Complete tasks to streamline operational efficiency of the Leadership & Talent Development programming such as assisting with calendaring, organizing project priorities on a daily and weekly basis, etc.
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
  • Regularly communicate with team leaders to assess evolving priorities and expectations, fostering accountability and mutual comprehension
Program Coordination
  • Manage leadership assessments, including distribution, collection, and organization
  • Coordinate pre-workshop conversations and strategy retreats, analyze resulting qualitative data to customize curricula for each client
  • Facilitate follow-up surveys and adjust accordingly to best deliver content during workshops
  • Schedule workshops, training sessions, and other program-related events
  • Perform literature reviews and comprehensive research to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in leadership training
Curriculum Design & Enhancement
  • Assist in the development and writing of custom curricula tailored to the unique needs of each client organization
  • Design and enhance engaging scripts for workshops and training sessions
  • Create, assess, and evaluate content to ensure compelling PowerPoint presentations and interactive workbooks to facilitate learning
  • Ensure all materials align with the latest research and industry standards
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a training or educational setting
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
