As an entry-level Sales Associate with our home improvement company, you get to be the hero who creates positive experiences for customers and sales associates across all sales channels. You ensure our home improvement products are appropriately merchandised and all displays are uniform. You use your charm and people skills to develop strong relationships with everyone in the business and promote our products.
You're not just an ordinary entry-level member of our sales staff, you're a valuable resource for our other sales associates. You provide innovative training to individuals and small and large groups. You're also a true team player by supporting territory sales and marketing initiatives while acting as a liaison between stores and our fabricator network. The best part? QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES ASSOCIATE

This full-time flexible management role must be able to travel a minimum of 50% overnight and 30% on the road in assigned territory.
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SALES ASSOCIATE
This full-time territory sales role is a flexible position. A typical week includes working from the comfort of your own home office on Monday and Friday, then traveling to various retail locations from Tuesday - Thursday, including overnight travel. The amount of travel is flexible depending on our home improvement business needs.
