Schedules Hiring For: (1) Tuesdays-Saturdays 2:00pm-10:00pm, (2) Sundays-Thursdays 2:00pm-10:00pm, (3) Fridays-Sundays 8:00am-10:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm, (4) Fridays-Sundays 10:00pm-8:00am (Overnights), (5) Part-Time Schedules any day 2:00pm-10:00pm or 8:00am-8:00pm.

Compensation: $18.50/Hour and Sign-On Bonus: Part-Time $250.00 and Full-Time $2,000.00 *Restrictions may apply

Position Overview: As a Support Team Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of the individuals we serve. Your responsibilities may include, but is not limited to (see full job description for more details):

• Providing direct care and support to adults with disabilities in their homes and the community, supporting/training individuals in many aspects of their lives to promote health, wellness, empowerment, and growth such as social skills, meaningful activities, soft skills, grocery shopping, transportation, medical appointments/medications, being a valued member of their community, meal planning/cooking, cleaning/laundry, personal care/hygiene, and behavioral support, etc.
• Documenting and maintaining records of individual progress and support.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Compassion and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and flexibility to adapt to various needs and situations.
• A valid California driver's license, valid car insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to clear a department of justice (DOJ) background check/drug screening.
