This role sits within the Patient Financial Services Dept and reports to a Senior Director. The unit that covers the NSA division has a huge impact on the company’s financial outcomes. This important leadership role requires a skillset centered on ensuring process functions follow a strictly timed critical path. To be successful in this role, the person will be required to continually review and analyze information about detailed and timed processes as prescribed by regulation and internally developed steps to comply with the strict revenue cycle management NSA process guidelines. To ensure that the prescribed processes are being followed consistently, constant monitoring of timeline compliance, process flow, and arbitration decision metrics are required.
