Your Role:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and provide continuous care for older adults in their homes.

- Fluent Spanish is ideal.

Requirements:

• Valid Georgia ARNP license.
• Reliable transportation and current state driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Current DEA license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
