**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scribe to join our team and assist in documenting group therapy sessions. The ideal candidate will have a background in behavior health terminlogy and documentation, with the ability to transcribe group activities quickly and accurately.

Note: Must have reliable transporation and be within 10-15 miles of our address. This is a 30-day probationary opportunity to ensure good fit. No benefits are included.

**Responsibilities:**

- Attend group therapy sessions to document discussions and interactions accurately

- Transcribe verbal communications into written notes efficiently

- Ensure all documentation is completed promptly and with high attention to detail

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate recording of patient information

**Experience:**

- Prior recent experience as a scribe or note documentarian is REQUIRED

- Proficiency with PC and use of one ore more EMR including BestNotes, Kipu, or similar

- Ability to transcribe and type quickly and accurately

- Familiarity with medical records systems and software

- Realiability is huge success factor - don't be late and don't have excuses

Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour
