Responsibilities:
• Work with Account Managers to ensure customers are on a journey set up for success. • Ability to schedule calls across internal and external parties. • Monthly reports and analysis related to usage/churn/customer metrics. • Track and update Micro Moments throughout the customer journey lifecycle. • Reach out directly to the customer base and track positive and negative feedback. Qualifications: • Two years of business experience. • Ability to interact with customers, review feedback, and provide next steps. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organization skills. • Keen ability using Microsoft Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, and other services like Salesforce.
