Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness of our home care and medical adult day care services, as well as promote our meals on wheels, grocery shopping and furniture repair/restoration workshop.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in medical facilities and physician offices.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and targeted outreach efforts, while working with the team to tailor presentations to boost sales.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns
- Monitor, track and analyze campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and marketing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in the healthcare field. Prior experience with a home carer and/or adult day care agency is favorable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment
