Our client, a top home health care provider, has an immediate opening for a Healthcare Recruiter in Harrisburg. The recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting caregivers. This is a high-growth opportunity offering paths for career development and rapid advancement.

The Healthcare Recruiter will drive growth by sourcing and recruiting caregivers, developing relationships, planning and implementing recruitment campaigns, and assisting with the hiring process. The success of the Healthcare Recruiter will be measured by growth and retention of caregivers. 

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) 
• Helping to facilitate the hiring of PCAs
• Placing PCAs with clients in need of services
• Delivering compassion, customer service, and problem resolutions
• Resolving caregiver issues
• Executing strategies to enhance the employment experience of caregivers, contributing to improved client and caregiver retention
• Developing recruitment strategy and marketing
• Providing analysis, metrics, and weekly reporting regarding PCA acquisition
• Maintaining and acting upon data (inquiries, admissions, employee satisfaction, and retention)
• Communicating effectively with clients and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in business, marketing, communications, healthcare management, or related field
• Prior experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, and/or management preferred
• Prior experience within the home health care industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to prioritize daily tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
• Sense of urgency and adaptability to changing priorities 
• Goal-oriented with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Demonstrated record of goal achievement and responsibility
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and referral sources
• Strong computer skills; HHAeXchange experience preferred
• Enjoy working within a diverse, multicultural environment
