Safran Aerosystems Evacuation is Hiring a Quality Assurance Administrator Near Wall, NJ

1. Performs administrative duties to assist the QA department and personnel.2. Assists in the activities required for the maintenance of the Quality System, including record retention, document changes/updates, internal auditing system, calibration system, etc.3. Responsible for the update, revision control, and distribution of all Quality documents (paper, scanned, intranet and databases). 4. Administer and maintain the Quality systems related to calibration, stamp control, and internal auditing.5. Maintain quality records in accordance with the record retention schedule, including off-site files.6. Prepare and distribute various departmental reports and matrixes.7. Write procedures, bulletins and directives for the Quality System as required.8. Maintain Quality personnel training records, interacting with Human Resources where required. 9. Responsible for distribution, record keeping and reporting of validated ZA Standards.10. Coordinates and posts company data on Intranet; maintains Intranet format as needed. 11. Perform other administrative tasks as required; including, word processing, spreadsheets, monthly reports, PowerPoint creation, filing, sorting of mail, travel, and scheduling meetings.12. Assists with ERP system activities related to FAA 8130-3 authorized release certificates. 13. Perform other administrative functions, as required.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point,. Familiarity with government/industry 'quality' standards. Self-Directed Detailed Orientated. Works well with other team members Recognizes accuracy is critical Sense of Urgency Organized Good written and oral communication skills
