You'll play an integral role in creating first-class client experiences within a Tax law firm that is on track for aggressive growth. We need Tax Investigator to join our team and be a total superstar – to support the team and help our clients.

You will be contacting the IRS and requesting sensitive and personal information for our clients. You will work closely with various departments to help provide a Compliance breakdown to get our clients reviewed for the best possible outcome. 
This role will include: 

• Data entry, utilizing platforms such as; Google Sheets and Excel as well as our CRM
• Working alongside various departments to ensure we have smooth process
• Phone heavy role
