We are looking for someone who Excels At Building Relationships & Negotiating to join our real estate company and help us sell Investment Properties to Flippers, Landlords and Real Estate Agents..

Responsibilities:
- Meet and build relationships with investment property buyers
- Qualify potential clients and understand their needs
- Present and position investment opportunities to qualified buyers
- Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts
- Track sales activities and lead notes in software database
Qualifications:
