JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating customer’s training needs, including but not limited to, working with contractors and customers on vaccination efforts, ISN, and training supplies 

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Operations

Director of Operations

Division Manager

  1. Work with consulting team and customers to coordinate and schedule training to include assisting with lodging arrangements

  1. Assist customers with ISN and Safety Council Scheduling

  1. Print and track training certifications for medical training

  1. Track and oversee daily FTE report for accuracy

  1. Attend and scribe monthly consulting meetings

  1. Oversee training and medical supply inventory to include being the focal point for vendors, ordering, shipping and invoicing

  1. Conduct medical training as needed

  1. Provide Industrial Hygiene Technical services as needed

  1. Generate reports for management and customers as needed.

  1. May carry/handle equipment.

  1. Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High School Diploma or GED

  2. Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician or higher

  3. Current and valid state driver’s license 

  4. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written. Position requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

  5. Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills required. 

  6. Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures..

  7. Must be knowledgeable of company protocols, operational procedures and safety policies.

INTERPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Maintain social, ethical and organizational norms.

  2. Achieve accomplishment of all task details, no matter how small.

  3. Maintain good personal motivation; develop a sense of ownership of job tasks and results.

  4. Must have a sense of urgency for all work performed.

  1. Orientation to job requirements.
