As an Associate Product Designer, you’re responsible for working within a feature team in supporting their design delivery against a roadmap. All designers at SafetyCulture are responsible for how SafetyCulture functions, looks, feels and evolves in order to deliver high quality, innovative solutions to our customers world-wide. You do this by working closely in a design pairing or under the guidance of seniors, from distilling product strategies & opportunities into leading designed solutions.
You’ll be on the front-lines collaborating with customers as well as be hands-on the tools in honing your craft, working within your squad to fine-tune interfaces, solve customer problems & support the greater design team on design culture initiatives. As a junior member of the design team, you will be provided a lot of support and guidance — all to create an environment for you to do your best design work.
