Day Matron (Housekeeping)

Location: Midtown Manhattan

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

Pay Rate: $16.00

We are seeking Female Day Matrons in the cleaning/maintenance industry with related experience that have flexibility in their schedule, possess strong customer services skills, and have a strong sense of work ethic. We seek reliable and responsible workers who are always on time, follow the company's dress code and wear their assigned uniform & care about our customers. You are critical to the success of our organization because you represent the company at the customer’s site.

As a Female Day Matron you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and making sure the facility is always neat and presentable to the guest/clients. Perform maintenance task including but not limited to cleanliness, appearance and assist in other duties as the client’s needs may change.

The ideal Female Day Matron for Housekeeping will be able to successfully perform the following

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) 1 hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:

• Must be client/guest focused, always while on the clock, while following Safety’s Policies.
• Punctuality when reporting to work and performing work duties.
• Maintain a clean and neatly groomed uniform, by following Safety’s Uniform Policy.
• Maintain Female bathroom and/or locker room stocked, clean and safe at all times. (Various per site)
• Perform daily/weekly walkthroughs throughout the area/location of work. (Ex: Kitchen, Common Areas, Bathrooms, etc.)
• Maintain all equipment by neatly storing, using, and keeping track of.
• Handling cleaning supplies and controlling usage for inventory.
• Communicating any facility work needed to be completed to the management team.
• Weekly Deep cleaning checklist.

Location: Midtown Manhattan

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) 1 hour unpaid lunch

Physical Requirements: walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movement.
